Gabrielle & Robert at Viansa

Gabrielle & Robert were married during a beautiful candle lit ceremony at Viansa Winery in Sonoma, California. We've had months of steady rain here in the bay area, but things cleared up perfectly for their wedding day and you couldn't ask for a more photogenic place than Viansa. I'm glad it worked out so well for such a great couple.

We photographers are a friendly bunch, and every month or so there are a group of us who get toghether to talk shop. Last month I hosted the meeting at my studio and took some shots of the others (about 9 managed to get away before I could get their picture). Looking for a car in Napa/Sonoma?

I shot a beautiful wedding last weekend at Viansa Winery in Sonoma.  The place was made to be photographed.  I'll post some of those pictures soon, but, for now, here's a shot of the car Gabreille & Roger hired.  I took the picture because it reminded me of a shot from Graham Nash called "Neil driving, Marin" (or something like that).

Mexico!

I just got back from a wonderful vacation in Mexico.  Here are a few of the shtos.  My wife, our niece, my brother in-law (not pictured, sorry john) and myself flew into Cancun and headed south to the Tulum & Sian Kaan area.

It was quite a shock when I got off the plane in my shorts and flip flops in 53 degree, rainy San Francisco.  Someday I'll get back to my hammock.
