Tahoe!

I just came back from beautiful Lake Tahoe for an engagement portrait session with Lisa & Dave. They wanted to do their session somewhere that represents them more than the city environment would, so we waited patiently for some snow and off to Tahoe we went.

As you can see, what started out as a sweet portrait session quickly turned to the dark side as the snowballs flew. I may have egged it on a bit. In fact, I think I have to take full responsibility, but that's another story for another time.

Return to the land of the bloggers...

Well, I've been out of touch with the blog lately for a few reasons, but I'm back on it.

The "wedding season" ended for me about a month ago, so I've been chilling and rediscovering what it's like to have a weekend free. I haven't been completely slacking though. I've redesigned my logo, made new cards and redesigned my web site. Take a look at it at http://jsweddings.com and tell me what you think. Oh, I almost forgot, there was that week in Vegas that gobbled up some of my time lately. For 5 years running my family has gone to Vegas for Thanksgiving week, it's practically a tradition at this point.
